Intended Use

The Safeguard Utility Pad is designed to assist in the prevention of pressure ulcers as part of a oatients overall pressure ulcer prevention care program.

Indications for Use

The Safeguard Utility Pad has been designed to redistribute pressure on bony prominences such as Knees, elbows, sinous process and heels.

Contraindications

The Safeguard utility Pad must not be fitted to a patient in direct contact with open wounds.

In the Box

The Safeguard Utility Pad is supplied in pairs packed inside a polythene bag. Each Pack will contain two safeguard Utility Pads.

Care and Cleaning

The Safeguard Utility Pad is not suitable for cleaning or recycling.

The estimated life expectancy of the product is 28 days from use.
