I nearly always have these plasters in my medical case. Recently I found a new use, I have arthritic toes and now the tops of the second phalange is sore due to pressing on my shoe. I cut one in half and placed it across all the toes. The softness of the pad has given more protection. I wish these pads can in a slightly smaller size
